Payment is due upon completion
Unclaimed devices after 90 days become property of Spectre Computer Repair
We are not responsible for data loss - always backup your data
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable

Limitation of Liability:

Spectre Computer Repair is not liable for any data loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the repair service.

Customer Responsibilities:

Provide accurate contact information
Backup data before service
Remove passwords or provide access credentials
Pick up device within 30 days of completion
